FTNN News Network, June 20, 2024, 10:30 PM [FTNN News Network] Reporter Lu Yifeng/Taipei reported that the Executive Yuan recently proposed a review of the Legislative Yuan's power amendment bill, and the Legislative Yuan held a roll-call vote this morning to decide on the review. People's Party caucus convener Huang Kuo-chang pointed out that the Executive Yuan not only continues to spread false information but also abandons its past principles, claiming that previous proposals for parliamentary reform are 'unconstitutional.' Even Lin Jo-hsueh, a veteran in the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) who has been working on reforms, cannot tolerate this. He criticized the Executive Yuan for becoming a center for spreading misinformation and pointed out that Premier Cho Jung-tai, in his responses, showed he lacks the ability to deal with false information. Huang stated that all party members will vote unanimously to support parliamentary reform and reject the review proposed by the Executive Yuan.
