Chen Yuguang/Taipei reports that on June 14, 2024, at 4:10 p.m., Yuanta Securities announced a personnel change with Vice Chairman Huang Weicheng resigning from the position. He will serve as a director of Yuanta Securities starting from July 1 and continue as the Executive Vice President of Yuanta International Business and the Chief Strategist of Yuanta Financial Holdings. The appointment of a new Vice Chairman of Yuanta Securities has not been announced yet. Huang Weicheng, who has been with Yuanta for over 20 years, will focus on international business and group strategy development, resigning as Vice Chairman but remaining as a director to oversee the company's operations. Yuanta Financial Holdings hopes to leverage his expertise to strengthen core business contributions and enhance overseas operations, aiming for integrated growth benefits across the group.
