Released by Chunghwa Post to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Republic of China Army Officer Candidate School, the stamp features many hidden details meticulously designed by Kaohsiung's Creative Marketing Co. For example, depicting students from four different periods and regions, their attire changes to reflect their military-to-student transitions. The stamp also showcases patriotic gestures, flags, and Huangpu Academy's gate, embodying the spirit of sacrifice, unity, and responsibility. The designer, Yau Chih-hsun, used digital painting techniques to illustrate the wartime backdrop and modern design styles, aiming to symbolize a fusion of tradition and innovation, echoing commemorative stamps from the Academy's 50th anniversary. This centennial stamp was released on the 14th with a total of 580,000 copies printed.
