Aric Hutchinson, the husband of Samantha Miller who was killed in a DUI crash on their wedding night, has been awarded $1.3 million in a partial settlement by court documents. The crash occurred in South Carolina in April 2023, and the businesses involved in serving the driver alcohol and renting the vehicle were held accountable. Additional lawsuits have been filed against the driver involved in the crash. The settlements total $1.3 million, with amounts allotted to different businesses, but will be reduced after legal fees.
