Husqvarna is reorganizing its supply chain to manage the impacts of potential U.S. tariff increases on European imports, according to CEO Pavel Hajman. With two-thirds of the company's U.S. sales linked to imports, predominantly from Europe and China, the firm is shifting some production from China to Europe and adapting logistics to circumvent trade tensions. The company is also negotiating with suppliers to offset cost increases due to tariffs and continuing to focus on higher-margin products despite rising competition.
