Hydrogen Trucks to Get Fuel Station Near Busy East Coast Container Port

Reported about 17 hours ago

HydroFleet is set to build a $33 million hydrogen production and fueling facility in Pooler, Georgia, aimed at servicing heavy-duty hydrogen fuel cell trucks, located 10 miles from the Port of Savannah. The facility will initially refuel 7 to 14 trucks per day, with plans to expand to 50. This initiative aligns with Hyundai's deployment of hydrogen trucks for logistics, contributing to a significant reduction in CO2 emissions in the region as part of a push for zero-emission freight transportation.
