In a tragic incident on Macaque Crossing, a guide named Wang, also known as 'Tiger Brother', was ordered by the Supreme Court to compensate over 2.55 million to the family of a man who died in a mountain accident. The family alleged that Wang neglected snow warnings issued by the park management, failed to check equipment, and did not inform the team about the snowy conditions while leading them on a climbing expedition. Despite Wang arguing that participants should take care of their own equipment, the court held him partially responsible due to insufficient consideration of the climber's experience and equipment. Wang's appeal was rejected, confirming the compensation ruling.
