Gaming channel leader IGS (5478) will hold a shareholders' meeting on June 24 to elect ten directors. IGS announced on June 14 that ISS (Institutional Shareholder Services), a significant international proxy advisory firm, fully supports all ten nominees proposed by IGS for the election. Following a battle for control with major shareholder Netbank at the end of last year, IGS brought in the white knight Rong Gang, concluding the power struggle. The upcoming election of directors and supervisors in late June is also drawing attention, with IGS nominating ten candidates, including current chairman Wang Junbo and directors Wang Jiongfen, Shi Minghao, Jian Jincheng, Zhang Hongyuan, and Chen Zhengwen, along with independent directors Xu Shoude, Lin Xuanzhu, Cao Weijie, and Qiu Huiyin.
