Imprisoned former Ohio House Speaker Larry Householder, serving a 20-year sentence for racketeering, pleaded not guilty to 10 new felony counts remotely from prison, related to a $60 million bribery scheme with FirstEnergy Corp. for political influence. Householder is appealing his initial conviction, arguing legality of funding. The state's case also involves charges against two former FirstEnergy executives and the late former chair of the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio.
