A tanker carrying Russian crude for Indian Oil Corp was barred from entering a local port in India due to improper documentation regarding its seaworthiness. The Honduran-flagged Andaman Skies, which loaded 767,000 barrels in Murmansk, failed to meet Indian regulations requiring a seaworthiness certificate from recognized authorities. The vessel is currently in the Arabian Sea, awaiting further instructions, while India remains a crucial market for Russian oil amidst ongoing sanctions.
