India Train Collision Kills 8, Carriages Hang in the Air

Some carriages were left hanging in the air due to the impact. The accident occurred in Darjeeling, West Bengal, and was caused by the freight train hitting a passenger express train heading towards Kolkata. The death toll later rose to 8, with rescue efforts ongoing to save those trapped in the damaged carriages.
