In India, the University Grants Commission-National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET) was recently canceled due to leaked exam papers circulating on Telegram and the dark web even before the exam took place. The decision to invalidate the results has sparked outrage among around 900,000 candidates across more than 300 cities in India. This incident sheds light on the long-standing issue of cheating and exam leaks in Indian examinations, severely compromising the fairness and integrity of the education system.
