The civic groups have announced the 'Anti-Parliamentary Abuse, Local Dialogue' events in New Taipei, Tamsui, Keelung, and Xindian, followed by events in Taichung, Taoyuan, Xizhi, and indigenous areas. They aim to pressure blue camp legislators to reconsider their voting tendencies and address the neglect of indigenous communities' rights and needs in legislation, particularly in the controversial Hualien Three Laws, which bypassed indigenous consent and brought environmental impacts. A workshop on parliamentary abuse and indigenous challenges is scheduled for 6/15, organized by various indigenous and environmental groups.
