Indy 500 fastest rookie Kyle Larson embracing traditions, including milking cow

Kyle Larson, the fastest rookie at the Indy 500 with a four-lap average of 232.846 mph, embraced traditions by milking a cow as part of the Fastest Rookie 50th Anniversary celebration. Along with other rookies, Larson participated in this newer tradition dating back to 2016, and expressed enjoyment in experiencing the longstanding traditions of the Indianapolis 500. Looking forward to Race Day and the pre-race pageantry, Larson, a 2021 NASCAR Cup Series champion, also expressed interest in potentially celebrating a victory with the traditional bottle of milk in Victory Lane.
