On the eve of the Dragon Boat Festival, Innovative Association of New Taipei City mobilized 40 volunteers and students from the Dawn Technical Institute's Culinary Arts program to collectively make 2,200 rice dumplings and distribute them to disadvantaged families, individuals with disabilities, and elderly living alone in the Taishan area. Deputy Director of the New Taipei Social Affairs Department Wu Shufang expressed gratitude for their long-standing support to the community. The collaborative effort between the association, the institute, and the local authorities brought warmth and joy to the elderly and underprivileged households in the community.
