Intel Corporation is preparing for rising demand for AI-capable consumer products and transitioning towards private data storage solutions. The company aims to incorporate AI capabilities across various products, anticipating a slowdown in demand for traditional data centers as companies seek a mix of public cloud infrastructure and private data storage. Despite facing competition in the data center market dominated by Nvidia, Intel's data center and AI division recorded a 5% revenue increase to $3 billion in Q1, with plans to enhance its AI chip offerings with the Gaudi 3 chip.
