The Ministry of the Interior in Taiwan announced on June 17 that 65 political parties have been dissolved for violating the Political Party Act. Meanwhile, some party members are under investigation for suspected violations of the Anti-Infiltration Law and may face dissolution requests in the future. The Ministry emphasized the importance of political parties complying with relevant laws and regulations to maintain Taiwan's democracy and urged them to avoid activities that could result in penalties or dissolution under national security and anti-infiltration laws.
