Interior Minister Liu Shih-Fang announced the relocation of the Interior Ministry's 'Hualien 0403 Reconstruction Office' to the Eastern Joint Services Center of the Executive Yuan to enhance service capabilities. This move aims to integrate resources with the Eastern Joint Services Center and the private sector, including the Hualien Architects Association, to provide comprehensive assistance for reconstruction and expert consultations. The office has already assisted nearly 948 individuals with rental subsidies and other services to facilitate the reconstruction process for those affected by the earthquake, showing substantial progress in aid efforts.
