Fan Chieh-Fei stated that his intention was never to debate with the guests from the beginning, but simply to raise questions and let the individuals respond to them. After a recent interview with Huang Kuo-Chang, where changes were made to the content causing some dissatisfaction from Huang, fans of the show initiated a backlash. Fan reiterated that his goal was to understand how the guests express themselves, and emphasized that winning or losing in a debate was not important to him. Instead, he values public opinion on the matters discussed during the interviews.
