A recent study by Elm Partners Management reveals that even with foresight into Federal Reserve decisions, amateur traders fail to capitalize on market opportunities. Participants in a study called 'The Crystal Ball Challenge' were given advance knowledge of key economic news yet struggled to predict market movements successfully.
