Noa Argamani, an Israeli-Chinese hostage rescued on June 8 after being kidnapped by Hamas, was able to visit her mother who is suffering from terminal brain cancer. Noa's mother had previously appealed for her release, hoping to see her daughter one last time before passing away. Noa's father stated that although her mother couldn't respond, he believes she knew her daughter had returned. Another rescued hostage, Almog Meir Jan, was unable to see his father for a final farewell, as his father had passed away waiting for Almog's release after being kidnapped eight months prior.
