Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) has advised Tesla shareholders to vote against Elon Musk's proposed $1 trillion compensation package, marking the second consecutive year they have done so. The proxy advisory firm raised concerns about the plan's scale and lack of assurances to keep Musk focused on Tesla, despite the company's efforts to encourage investor support. Shareholders are set to vote on the package at Tesla's annual meeting on November 6, amid ongoing legal battles over Musk's previous pay arrangements.
