Italian luxury brand Bulgari's flagship store on Via dei Condotti in Rome was burglarized in a dramatic heist, with thieves sneaking in through a hole in the floor and stealing approximately 42,000 pounds (around 17.33 million New Taiwan dollars) worth of jewelry. The thieves managed to escape through the sewer system in less than 11 minutes, evading the police who arrived after 7 minutes and took another 4 minutes to open the blocked door. The investigation revealed the thieves' methods and presence of around 3 criminals who had likely observed the store for some time, familiarizing themselves with its layout and security systems.
