According to a report from the Cyber Monitoring Centre, a hack of Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) in August has caused an economic loss of £1.9 billion ($2.55 billion) to the UK, impacting over 5,000 organizations. The incident resulted in significant manufacturing disruptions for JLR and its suppliers, leading to an estimated weekly loss of around £50 million. JLR is gradually resuming production after a nearly six-week halt due to the cyberattack.
