Jaku Sakura Sushi has opened its first store in northern Taiwan at Ximending in Taipei on June 28. During the period from 6/28 to 7/5, items like salmon platters are offered at half price, giving sushi lovers a chance to enjoy. The store features the popular 'Hako Sushi,' not commonly found in Taiwanese Japanese restaurants, made by pressing fresh fish, seafood, or other ingredients into wooden boxes. Additionally, Jaku Sakura Sushi introduced four popular sushi rolls from overseas at the Ximending store, along with periodic tuna shows for customers to experience the professional knife skills of sushi chefs. They also serve a special tuna platter using air-flown tuna from Nagasaki, known for its fresh and delicious taste.
