Allianz Group made changes in the personnel layout in the Asian insurance market on June 28, 2024, with Lin Shuncai, who has been the General Manager of Allianz Taiwan for 11 years, being transferred to Allianz (China) as the General Manager. Allianz Taiwan Life Insurance will appoint Jan-Joris Louwerier as the new CEO starting from August 1st, replacing the current GM Lin Shuncai. Lin Shuncai, a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, joined Allianz Taiwan Life Insurance in 2013 as the General Manager and led the company to become the leading brand in Taiwan's investment-linked insurance sector.
