At the 26th Taipei Film Festival, director Morita Daichi, producer Kobayashi Sanshiro, and actors Ippei Sugiura, Reina Tanaka, and Satoshi Asai appeared together for the premiere of the film 'Fukuda Village Incident'. The film tells the story of a tragic event fueled by racial conflict post the 1923 Great Kanto Earthquake. Director Morita shared his experience transitioning from documentary filmmaking to a feature film, describing the challenges faced. Japanese actress Reina Tanaka impressed by showcasing her fluent Chinese at the event, while actor Ippei Sugiura expressed gratitude towards fans at 50 years old, being surprised by their support akin to that of younger idols.
