A survey conducted by a Japanese internet research company 'Katte ni Ranking' revealed that nearly 70% of respondents have a habit of eating breakfast every day, with 11% eating breakfast only about three to four days a week, and 10% skipping breakfast due to feeling bloated after eating. The survey also showed that over half of Japanese people prefer bread for breakfast, followed by rice and soup dishes. The survey further explored breakfast preparation habits, with almost 50% of individuals in Japan preparing their own breakfast, highlighting the cultural differences in breakfast traditions between Taiwan and Japan.
