In Japan, an employee at a garbage processing facility found 90,000 yen (approximately 18,000 Taiwanese dollars) hidden inside a sofa during recycling, but instead of reporting the cash to the police as per regulations, the staff members decided to use the money for a BBQ meal. This unethical act was revealed when they were reported for taking the unjust money. The incident resulted in disciplinary action against the involved staff members by the waste disposal facility.
