Jay Chou expressed that August is free for him, waiting for Taipei Dome's response on hosting a concert. However, the possibility of holding a concert at Taipei Dome is stalled by the building regulation 127 regarding audience seating, raising evacuation concerns. Taipei City Council passed a proposal from the Kuomintang group urging the city government to inquire the Ministry of the Interior for a speedy resolution to unlock Taipei Dome's constraints. Despite the proposal being passed, finalizing a concert at the venue still depends on Far Eastern Group completing fire safety inspections to ensure audience safety, posing a challenge for Jay Chou's August plans.
