On June 26, 2024, the Taipei City Council passed a proposal to hold concerts at the Taipei Dome. Mayor Jiang Wan'an expressed that they would still send a communication to the Ministry of the Interior as per the council's decision. When asked about the first song for a concert at the Taipei Dome, Jiang Wan'an sang 'Love Confession' and jokingly implied that Jay Chou (Chou Tung) might have a chance. The Ministry of the Interior reiterated its stance that the Taipei City Government should decide independently based on its authority. Jiang Wan'an also mentioned overcoming limitations to organize concerts at the Taipei Dome despite ongoing issues like leaks and criticism from council members.
