Following his death, his ex-fiancée and family members, including his mother and brothers, shared their grief and memories of him. The incident occurred when Wactor confronted men trying to steal his car's catalytic converter, stepping in front of a co-worker and being fatally shot. The LAPD is still searching for the suspects.
