Defensive lineman Jonathan Allen of the Commanders stated that there has been a positive shift in the team's atmosphere this offseason, with new head coach Dan Quinn and General Manager Adam Peters leading everyone in a unified direction. Despite a 4-13 record in 2023, Allen believes the changes have made coming to work more enjoyable and described it as a dream job. With new additions like quarterback Jayden Daniels, the Commanders are hopeful that these changes will lead to better results in the future.
