Sale Sharks are investigating an incident involving Jonny Hill, who is accused of grabbing a Bath supporter in a headlock after their loss at The Rec. Hill, not playing in the match, allegedly left the fan with a cut above their right eye. Sale teammates defended Hill, stating the full story is unknown, while Sanderson vouched for Hill's non-aggressive character. Hill, a 28-year-old England and Lions lock, has won 20 England caps and has a fairly clean disciplinary record. The incident is being looked into by both Sale Sharks and Bath Rugby.
