The New York Liberty secured their 7th straight win, defeating the Washington Mystics 93-88 in the final Commissioner’s Cup matchup. Jonquel Jones stood out with a season-high 29 points, contributing to the Liberty's 11-2 record and 5-0 Commissioner’s Cup standings. Despite a strong effort from the Mystics, who managed to come within one point in the fourth quarter, the Liberty emerged victorious and now have home-court advantage for the Commissioner’s Cup championship game on June 25.
