JPMorgan's global chair of technology investment banking, Madhu Namburi, suggests that hundreds of private tech companies are poised for initial public offerings (IPOs) as market conditions improve following the recent US elections. With around 750 quality tech firms seeking to go public, Namburi believes that faster regulatory reviews under the incoming Trump administration will encourage more companies to pursue larger mergers and acquisitions, leading to a healthier IPO market.
