New York Yankees' right fielder Juan Soto was absent from the starting lineup for a game against the Los Angeles Dodgers due to inflammation in his left forearm, following an early exit from a previous game. However, Soto was present at Yankee Stadium and is expected to potentially return during the Dodgers series, as revealed by Yankees manager Aaron Boone. Despite the setback, Soto's absence doesn't seem to indicate a serious injury, with the Yankees hoping to have him back soon to maintain their strong record led by Soto, Aaron Judge, and Giancarlo Stanton.
