Juniper Networks has denied the allegations made by the U.S. Department of Justice, which is seeking to block Hewlett Packard Enterprise's $14 billion acquisition of Juniper. The DOJ claims the merger would lessen competition, allowing Cisco and HPE to dominate over 70% of the U.S. networking equipment market, a statement Juniper contests, asserting that there are numerous competitors in the wireless solutions market and that the merger would actually enhance competition.
