A Seoul court has ruled in favor of K-pop producer Min Hee-jin, preventing Hybe Co. from removing her as the head of music label Ador, allowing her to maintain control of popular group NewJeans. The court decision prohibits Hybe from exercising its voting rights to dismiss Min from her position, amid a power struggle as the company seeks to expand and reduce reliance on BTS. The internal conflict arose after allegations of discrimination against NewJeans and claims of management control attempts, leading to investigations and public support campaigns from both sides.
