The Central Weather Bureau reported hot weather today, with Tainan City, Kaohsiung City, and Pingtung County under an orange warning signal due to the probability of extreme high temperatures reaching 38 degrees. Taipei City, New Taipei City, and other counties and cities also received orange warnings for the likelihood of consecutive days with temperatures above 36 degrees. Taoyuan City and Yilan County were issued yellow warnings. Various regions have experienced temperatures above 36 degrees, with some reaching over 38 degrees. The Bureau advised on heatstroke prevention measures as the hot weather continues due to strengthening Pacific high pressure.
