Kaohsiung Promotes Value-Added Program to Support Youth Entrepreneurship in the Trending Food Stall Economy

The rise of creative marketplaces has brought new business opportunities, with food stalls becoming a unique feature of Kaohsiung's urban landscape and a popular choice for young entrepreneurs. The Kaohsiung City Government's Youth Development Office has assisted 148 stall brands in registering, and this year they launched the 'Youth Food Stall Brand Counseling Program 2.0,' providing free training courses and up to NT$25,000 in counseling fees to support youth entrepreneurship. The program aims to enhance brand value and create a distinctive market culture, offering mentorship, free training, and professional consulting services to optimize food stall brand operations and encourage growth in Kaohsiung's food stall economy.
