Bragg Live Food Products, backed by celebrities Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom, is considering a sale that could value the company at over $500 million. The Santa Barbara-based company, known for its apple cider vinegar products, is working with Bank of America to seek interest from potential buyers, including private equity firms. Founded in 1912, Bragg Live Food Products was acquired by Perry, Bloom, and other investors in 2019 and offers a variety of food ingredients in addition to apple cider vinegar. The owners are anticipating a valuation of at least 10 times the company's EBITDA of around $50 million.
