KB Home's fiscal third quarter results fell short of earnings expectations with $2.04 per share, slightly below the consensus of $2.06, although revenue exceeded projections at $1.75 billion compared to the expected $1.73 billion. Their deliveries were also stronger than forecasted, and the company raised its full-year revenue guidance.
