In Keelung, at the south square of Keelung Train Station, a 35-year-old homeless man named Tsai fatally beat a 60-year-old man named Hsieh during the early hours of the morning due to a conflict. Both individuals were under the supervision of the Railway Police Taipei Seven Goggu Liaison Office. Tsai was arrested and admitted to assaulting Hsieh because he was provoked. Hsieh later died in the hospital. Tsai confessed to the assault and was charged with murder by the police. Authorities are investigating the cause of Hsieh's death. The incident serves as a reminder to reject violence and seek help when needed.
