A netizen posted on Facebook revealing that a family member ordered tofu at a well-known minced pork rice shop in Keelung and found a large cockroach inside. The shop claimed the tofu was purchased from a supplier and will change suppliers. The Keelung City Health Bureau inspected the shop, demanding hygiene improvements, suspending the sale of tofu, and investigating the tofu supplier for environmental upgrades before resuming sales. The supplier, Dechang Tofu Shop, had a messy environment and was ordered to stop operations immediately until passing a re-inspection.
