Shortly after 6:00 PM on June 19, in Keelung City's Anle District, there was an explosion in a residential building on Bade Road. A man in his 40s, Chen, sustained a torn wound at the back of his head and fled outside for help. It was suspected that he was assaulted by a man surnamed Ke after a relationship dispute, along with three other individuals, who also threw explosive devices before leaving. Chen was hospitalized but was not in life-threatening condition. The police are investigating the incident to clarify the details of the conflict.
