In Keelung, a man surnamed Chen was found lying in a valley on Tongren Street, Lane 84. Police and firefighters arrived at the scene, hoisted him up to the bridge, and discovered abrasions on his hands and feet. Chen was then taken to the hospital for treatment. The circumstances of his fall and the reason are still under investigation by the police. Chen had no identification on him and his identity will be confirmed once his condition stabilizes. Police and firefighters worked together to rescue and assist the injured man.
