According to FTNN News on June 12, 2024, Keelung Police Department's juvenile squad leader, with the surname Zhou, is suspected of protecting a Vietnamese female companion illegally recruited by a certain KTV on Love One Road in Keelung, and even seeking assistance from team members during incidents. Following a tip-off, the Keelung District Prosecutor's Office, along with the Anti-Corruption Agency and other relevant units, searched the juvenile squad on the night of the 11th and brought back Zhou, Liu, the female companion, and over 10 others for questioning. The court ruled to detain Zhou, Liu, and 4 others, citing flight risks and collusion, with all parties being denied visitation rights.
