Kia America is recalling nearly 463,000 Telluride SUVs due to a fire risk where the front power seat motor could overheat, potentially causing a fire. Owners are advised to park their cars outside until the issue is fixed. The recall covers model years 2020-2024, with dealers installing a bracket and replacing seat slide knobs at no cost. Notifications to owners will begin at the end of July, and affected owners can check if their vehicle is included on the NHTSA site or Kia's recall lookup platform.
