A signing ceremony for the Zuoying High Speed Rail Technology Hub urban renewal project (Commercial Lots A and B) took place at the Han Lai Hotel in Kaohsiung, marking the official launch of the S Technology Corridor North Kaohsiung Gateway development project. With the goal of revitalizing the area and providing high-quality A-grade office space for related industries, the project is part of the 'North City Plan' initiated to align with central government policies and promote the development of the S Technology Corridor. The development company, Xin Yang International Development Co., plans to build commercial and residential buildings as well as public facilities across the two lots, aiming to create a vibrant and innovative environment in North Kaohsiung.
